The Gree Versati III DUO indoor unit is part of a split air-to-water heat-pump system and is not a stand-alone heat pump. Model GRS-CQ16PDG/NHH2-M-I is intended to be paired with the specified compatible Gree outdoor unit and its integrated domestic-hot-water tank.
The stated 15.5 kW heating and 13.0 kW cooling outputs apply to the completed system under defined test conditions, not to the indoor unit alone. The outdoor unit, hydraulic layout and installation location must be selected by a qualified designer or installer.
