Huawei Smart PV SUN2000-450W-P2 power optimizer

The Huawei SUN2000-450W-P2 is a versatile power optimizer designed to work with solar modules up to 450 W. This device allows each solar module to operate at maximum efficiency regardless of the state of the rest of the string. This is particularly relevant for roofs with partial shading (trees, chimneys), complex configurations, or different module tilt angles.

A major advantage of Huawei optimizers is flexible installation (Selective Deployment). Unlike some other systems, the Huawei SUN2000-450W-P2 can be installed only on those modules that experience shading, meaning you do not have to purchase optimizers for the entire power plant. In addition, the device ensures a high level of safety: in the event of an emergency or fire, it instantly reduces the module voltage to a safe level (0 V DC per module).

The optimizer has an MPPT voltage range of 10–80 V, a maximum short-circuit current of 14.5 A, and a maximum output current of 15 A. Its maximum efficiency reaches 99.5%. The IP68-rated device measures 75 × 140 × 28 mm, weighs 0.6 kg including cables, and has an operating temperature range of −40 to +85 °C. Compatibility with the inverter and system configuration must be verified prior to installation.
