Description
Solis S5-GR3P5K is a transformerless 5 kW three-phase grid-tied inverter. Two MPPTs support two PV strings, while the 160–1000 V MPPT range and 16 A input current per MPPT make it suitable for modern module arrays. Maximum efficiency is 98.3% and European efficiency is 97.7%.
The inverter is protected to IP66, uses natural-convection cooling and operates from −25 to +60 °C. It measures 310 × 563 × 219 mm and weighs 17.8 kg. Built-in protection functions include DC reverse-polarity, short-circuit, output overcurrent, surge, grid-monitoring, anti-islanding and temperature protection; AFCI is available after activation. RS485 is standard, with Wi-Fi or GPRS available as options.
