Description
Solis S5-GR3P20K represents commercial-grade power within the Solis S5 three-phase on-grid inverter series. This 20 kW model is designed to ensure maximum energy generation and reliable grid feed-in for high-capacity solar installations.
The inverter features 2 independent MPPT controllers with 4 DC inputs (2+2 strings). This provides great flexibility when connecting strings of solar modules installed on different roof pitches or orientations. The increased MPPT input current (up to 32 A per MPPT / 16 A per string) ensures full compatibility with modern high-efficiency, high-power PV modules. Thanks to a low start-up voltage (180 V), the system begins generating power early in the morning and continues operating until late in the evening.
The Solis S5-GR3P20K integrates a comprehensive protection suite: surge protection (Type II DC / Type III AC SPD), reverse polarity protection, anti-islanding protection (Anti-Islanding), and the option to activate AFCI functionality (arc-fault circuit interrupter), which drastically reduces the risk of fire.
Thanks to an improved cooling system and an IP66 protection rated enclosure, the inverter is completely protected against dust and moisture ingress, allowing it to be safely installed outdoors on mounting structures or inside industrial facilities.
