The Deye SE-F16-MAX 16.00 kWh low-voltage battery represents the highest standard of durability and capacity in the Deye monobloc energy storage range. Engineered to withstand challenging operating conditions, this storage unit ensures reliable energy storage and uninterrupted backup power (Backup) for both large residential homes and commercial properties.
The key distinctive feature of the SE-F16-MAX is its certified IP65 protection rating. Unlike standard indoor IP20/IP21 batteries, this model is fully protected against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction, allowing it to be safely installed in damp spaces, garages, dusty workshops, or outdoors under a shelter.
The battery utilizes exceptionally safe, cobalt-free LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) cells. The integrated intelligent BMS (battery management system) monitors cell voltages, currents, and temperatures in real time, ensuring balanced equalization and protection against overloads or deep discharge. With a 90% depth of discharge (DoD), the user benefits from up to ~14.4 kWh of usable energy in a single monobloc.
Simple floor-standing installation, high charge/discharge current tolerance, and versatile communication interfaces (CAN, RS485) guarantee seamless compatibility with Deye three-phase hybrid inverters (SUN-8/10/12/15/20K-SG05LP3 series) and other manufacturers' 48 V systems.
