Description
SolarEdge SE25K-RW00IBNM4 is a three-phase commercial inverter with 25 kW rated AC output, designed for use with SolarEdge power optimizers. The fixed-voltage architecture supports module-level monitoring through the compatible SolarEdge ecosystem; the base M configuration has four MC4 input pairs and integrated Type II DC surge protection.
The product datasheet specifies 98.3% maximum efficiency, 37.5 kW maximum DC module power at STC, 1000 V maximum DC input voltage and 750 V nominal DC input voltage. SetApp commissioning uses the built-in Wi-Fi access point for local connection; Ethernet and two RS485 interfaces are provided, while Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity require optional components.
The inverter has an IP65 enclosure, user-replaceable fan cooling and an operating range of −40 °C to +60 °C. Base-unit dimensions are 550 × 317 × 273 mm and base-unit weight is 32 kg; optional DC safety-unit configurations have different dimensions and weight.
