Description
The Solis S5-GR3P5K is a reliable 5 kW three-phase solar PV inverter from the advanced Solis S5 series. It is designed to maximize energy yield from solar modules and ensure smooth feeding into the power grid.
The inverter features 2 independent MPPT trackers with a wide operating voltage range. This allows efficient connection of solar panels installed on two different roof pitches (e.g., East–West or South–West). Thanks to its low startup voltage (180 V), the system begins generating electricity early in the morning and operates until late in the evening, extending the daily production window.
The Solis S5 series stands out with its enhanced protection architecture: it integrates a surge protection system (Type III AC/DC SPD), reverse polarity protection, and the option to activate AFCI (arc fault circuit interrupter), which reduces the risk of rooftop fires.
Thanks to its compact design, light weight, and IP66 protection rating, the inverter is easy to install. The passive cooling system (without external fans) guarantees completely silent operation, making it safe and comfortable to install near living areas.
