Description
Solis S5-GR3P8K is a powerful and reliable 8 kW three-phase solar inverter from the advanced Solis S5 series. It is designed to maximize energy yield from solar modules and reliably export the generated electricity to the grid.
The inverter features 2 independent MPPT trackers with a wide operating voltage range. This allows for efficient connection of solar modules installed on two different roof slopes (e.g., East–West or South–West). Thanks to the increased MPPT input current (16 A), the unit is fully compatible with the latest generation of high-power PV modules. A low startup voltage (180 V) ensures that the system starts generation early in the morning and continues until late in the evening.
The Solis S5 series integrates a comprehensive protection suite: surge protection (Type III AC/DC SPD), reverse polarity protection, and the option to activate AFCI (arc-fault circuit interrupter), reducing fire risks on the roof.
Due to its compact design, light weight, and IP66 protection rating, the inverter is easy to install, while the natural convection cooling system (fanless design) guarantees completely silent operation – ideal for installation near residential areas.
